PEER SUPPORT GROUPS
Healing Happens in Community, Find a Group That Fits You.
At TendWell, we believe healing happens in community — through showing up, sharing space, and being witnessed just as we are. Our groups offer a chance to connect with others who’ve been through it too — whether you're processing trauma, navigating illness, or simply longing for meaningful connection.
Unearth: An Art Peer Support Group
IN PERSON GROUP, Inner SE Portland
Monday 6-7 pm
Unearth: An Art Peer Support Group is a creative and supportive space, hosted by peer Dustin, where peers use art to explore and express their inner experiences. Each week, the group reflects on a chosen theme through any artistic medium—whether creating or finding art—and shares in community to deepen connection, self-understanding, and healing. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to engage.
PEER CONNECTION HOUR: FOR FOLX WITH CHRONIC ILLNESS
ONLINE GROUP, Zoom
Tuesday 1-2 pm
Peer Connection Hour is a space, hosted by peer Lyndsay, specifically for people navigating chronic illness to connect and share what’s present for them, without having to explain or justify their experiences every time. It’s about creating a space where people already “get it” on some level, so folks can drop into what’s alive for them in the moment. And to see that they are far from alone in these experiences.
Radiant faces: RADICAL SELF-CARE
ONLINE GROUP, Zoom
Wednesdays 12-1 pm Starts August 13th
Radiant Faces, hosted by peer Lyndsay, is a gentle, virtual self-care circle that blends face yoga with grounding practices to support nervous system regulation and emotional well-being. This space invites lightness, embodiment, and connection, honoring all energy levels and capacities. Participants are guided through simple, accessible movements and offered time to reflect and share in community. It’s a low-pressure space to reconnect with yourself and others through small, caring rituals.
